Otah is a spicy fish cake of Peranakan and Malay origins. It is wrapped in banana leaves, and then grilled over open charcoal fire or in the oven. Do give it a try! perfect as a snack or a spicy addition to any main dish you are having. (It is recommended to have it with Nasi Lemak)
