Uncle Boon who started to learn to cook when he was 12 year-old serves Hainanese Curry that gives you both spicy and deep umami at the same time. He makes even spices from scratch and changes curry taste depending on which ingredients; chicken, pork, and veggie. They have a lot of hidden-menu which uncle Boon put his enthusiasm into, so try to ask him what is the recommendation for the day.
